Return policy

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period lasts fourteen days from when you or a third party appointed by you, who is not the carrier, have received the goods.

Returning pods is only possible if the products are in their original condition and the pod packaging has not been opened. For hygiene reasons, we do not accept exchanges of already opened pod packs. If the pod packaging is already opened, we cannot refund the purchase amount. 

Return costs:

You as the buyer are responsible for the return shipping costs. 

Return process:

  1. To start your return, head to our returns page

  2. Select which items you would like to return

  3. You will receive an email with shipping label and packing slip. Print them and put packing slip in the package and attach shipping label to the outside of the package.

  4. Drop your package at DPD ParcelShop. You can find the nearest ParcelShop here.

  5. As soon as we have received your return, and we have processed it, you will receive an automatic notification by email. The (partial) amount you have paid will also be credited to you using the payment method used for your original purchase. This can take up to 14 working days.

  6. If you have not received a confirmation email from us after 14 working days, please use the contact widget so that we can help you as soon as possible.
